If you wish to modify details of your order, such as the frame colour or print size, kindly contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the change requested, we might cancel your initial order and request you to place a new one with the accurate details. If your order is already on its way, modifications cannot be made – kindly refer to the return guidelines upon receiving your order. Remember, since our products are custom-made for you, it’s crucial to inform us of any changes at the earliest convenience.
Your confirmation email will serve as an invoice for your order, you can also view this in the order history on your account once you log in. If you need a PDF VAT invoice, please contact us at email@example.com and we will email this over to you. Delivery & Shipping
Our current lead time for dispatching all UK orders is 3 working days which begins the day after the order is received and does not include Saturdays and Sundays, and 7 working days internationally. Following dispatch, delivery in the UK can take around 2 working days and internationally around 4 working days.
Our digital prints and limited editions are dispatched from two different locations and so if you order one or more of each, these will arrive in two separate packages. If you have only received part of your order, and you didn’t order both limited editions and digital prints, please get in touch with us as email@example.com and we’ll check this out.
We do not offer priority or timed delivery services. Unfortunately as our products are all made to order, we cannot offer guaranteed quicker turnarounds however if you do have a short timescale please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
Currently we do not offer click and collect, to receive your order as soon as possible please order from our site. We do however have a range of stockists nationwide so please contact us at email@example.com and we can let you know if there is a stockist available in your area.
All prints 11 x 14” and over are sent via tracked delivery service. You will receive the tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived on time or if you have not received the tracking number please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all of our UK Orders.
We send all of our greetings cards and prints up to A4 size by 1st Class Royal Mail Post. Larger prints and framed prints are sent by courier, usually EVRI or Royal Mail, and you will be provided with a tracking number.
International delivery is from £5.95 and is sent via tracked delivery.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at email@example.com. As all of our products are made to order, if your order has already been dispatched we will be limited in our options until the order is returned to the sender – we can then reship to the new address. We will work with you to come to the best solution we can.

Returns & Exchanges
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve changed your mind! Of course, all products purchased online have a 28 day return policy. As all of our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot cover the shipping costs of the return. If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll advise you on the next steps. For all items returned via courier, we recommend that you use a tracked service as we will not remain liable for any items lost in transit.
We are unable to offer exchanges however we can offer refunds within 28 days of purchase, as long as they are returned to us in re-saleable condition. If you would like to exchange your item please first contact us at email@example.com return your original order and place a new order for the required product. We would advise that you return your item using tracked delivery as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us at Sketchbook Design. Any damages incurred to the item during delivery are the responsibility of the sender so please make sure that the item is insured for the correct amount.
We try our best to get everything right the first time, but we’re only human and occasionally things do go wrong or get damaged in transit. If you have received a product you believe is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Our vouchers can be used on any of the prints or products which are purchased directly on sketchbookdesign.co.uk. The vouchers can be used to purchase our range of prints, framed and unframed, tea towels, tote bags and greetings cards.
Please enter the unique voucher code in the checkout and the voucher amount will be deducted from the order amount.
The vouchers can be used as full payment or part payment towards a higher value item. The vouchers can however only be used once so they must be used in full in one payment, there is no cash refund for any amount left over on the voucher.
