New York is a vibrant and exciting city. It is the most populous city in the United States and is home to over 8 million people! It is a major cultural, financial, and media centre, and is home to some of the world’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, and Central Park all captured here in our Cities & Places print! New Orleans 

 

Known for its unique culture, music, and cuisine, New Orleans is a special place. The city is home to the world-famous Mardi Gras celebration, which is held annually in the city. New Orleans is also known for its unique architecture, which includes the French Quarter and the Garden District. The city is also home to a thriving music scene, with many jazz, blues, and other genres of music being performed in the city. I’ve tried to represent all aspects of this New Orleans in this print! Do you recognise any places in this design?

 

History of rap 

 

The USA is a melting pot of cultures, and this is reflected in its music scene. Music in the United States is so diverse, ranging from traditional folk music, jazz, blues, modern hip-hop and rock. So it’s to no surprise the Sketchbook Design History of Rap print features so many of the American greats! The print features nods towards many American rap artists including Tupac, Notorious B.I.G., Grandmaster Flash, Snoop Dogg, and Eric B & Rakim. Where are the hip-hop fans at? This would be a hit with anyone who loves the rap genre.

 

Lyric prints 

Some of our favourite lyric prints are by artists from over the pond. Two of our latest additions are from Beyonce, one of the most successful solo artists of all time! Selling over 100 million records worldwide. She has won 23 Grammy Awards, making her the most-awarded female artist of all time! Our Break your soul & They dont love you like I love you are both lyrics from some of the most well-known Beyonce songs. We also have lyric prints from American artists Notorious B.I.G, the Temptations & Fleetwood Mac!
